The BCG interview process

  1. 1Resume and Cover-Letter Submission. A detailed screen that prioritizes clear evidence of quantified achievement and well-structured communication.
  2. 2BCG Online Assessment (CCA or Casey Chatbot). An interactive digital case conducted through the Casey AI chatbot, ending with a recorded 60-second business recommendation.
  3. 3First-Round Interviews. Two 45-minute sessions with senior consultants, usually combining about 15 minutes of behavioral assessment with a 30-minute candidate-led case.
  4. 4Second-Round Interviews. Final candidate-led cases and behavioral interviews conducted by BCG Partners or Senior Partners.
