  5. 5Learning / Re-engineering Round. Candidates absorb unfamiliar documentation or code, then extend, debug, or explain the system under observation.
  6. 6Hiring Manager Interview. A final round that reviews the onsite packet, revisits weaker signals, tests ownership and mission fit, and may include team matching.
