Emirates Cabin Crew Interview Questions & Process
Open Day · Group Task · Reach Test · Final Interview
Updated August 2026Emirates has leaned back into in-person open days as its primary filter in 2026: you arrive with a CV and photos, and selection runs three to five rounds across one or two days: CV drop and first impressions, a group task, an English assessment, height and reach check, and the final interview. Recruiters are scoring from the moment you enter: grooming to Emirates’ published standard, posture, warmth, and how you behave between exercises, not only in them. The final interview is conversational and CV-based, with the Dubai relocation question used deliberately to find candidates who have not thought it through. This page covers each round and the questions asked at the final interview.
The cost of walking in unprepared
Scoring starts at the door, not at the interview table. Emirates’ own criteria name grooming explicitly — neat hair, subtle makeup, no visible tattoos in uniform — and recruiters watch waiting-room behaviour between exercises as part of the assessment.
