Updated July 2026The University of Manchester — one of the UK's largest and most international Russell Group universities — does not run its own pre-CAS interview. The credibility interview you should prepare for is UKVI's: after you submit your Student visa application, the Home Office may invite you to one, and you'll be notified by email. Manchester is careful to reassure applicants that being contacted (including a 'non-standard application' email) doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem.
