Who is responsible for your data

Controller (employer)

Merra Ai Ltd (Company No. 16470710, London, UK). We run the interview platform for the employer and process data on their instructions.

What we collect during the interview

Identity & Contact

Name, email (from your invite).

Interview Content

Video and audio recording, answers, and a transcript.

Derived Insights

A 0–100 "match-fit" score and per-area evaluation based on the employer's chosen focus areas (e.g., Technical Skills, Communication, Problem Solving, Professionalism, Cultural Fit).

Technical Metadata

Timestamps, device and mic/cam checks, basic diagnostics.

Important: We do not sell your data. We do not use your interview to train our models by default.

Why this data is used

  • To let you complete a short, conversational interview (10–15 minutes).
  • To give hiring teams structured signal (score + evaluation) and the full video & transcript for review.
  • To support fairness, quality, and security (e.g., troubleshooting).

The employer sets the lawful basis (e.g., recruitment/legitimate interests) and decides how long to keep data.

Human oversight (no solely automated decisions)

Merra's outputs are advisory.

A human reviewer at [Employer name] must confirm the outcome (advance/reject). Decisions are not made solely by AI.
